Your Brain Needs Sleep

We figured lack of sleep had to be bad for the old noodle. Dr. Paul Nussbaum joins us today to tell us why. Always good to have the Doc weigh in.

This baby needs shuteye.

If you’re learning new information, our brains need us to sleep to make it really stick. Dr. Paul also explains different stages of sleep … and the importance of stage 4 deep sleep.

Bottom line: Be smart.  Sleep.

    “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.” Not so good? I’ve been doing it wrong for many years then :(

      Not wrong … just aggressive. Ill-advised … but aggressive.

    Time to take Dr. Nussbaum’s advice, Mr. Bentle. The Barbie and Ken stuff is cute! Thanks for some more interesting stuff on the brain!
